Resolution
of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation
On Calling of the Election of the President of the Russian Federation

 

In accordance with Article 81 and Paragraph “ д ” of Part 1 of Article 102 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, and Paragraphs 2 and 7 of Article 5 of Federal Law “On the Election of the President of the Russian Federation”, the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation resolves:

1. To call the election of the President of the Russian Federation for March 2, 2008.

2. This Resolution shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
