LOPATIN Anton Igorevich

Member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation

He was born on September 4, 1974 in Moscow.

He graduated from the Institute of Modern Business (in 1998), Moscow Institute of International Economic Relations (in 2005) and the Russian Presidential Academy of Public Administration with specialization in jurisprudence.

He served as a department head of the All-Russian Political Public Organization “Otechestvo” (“Fatherland”) in 1999-2000 and as a deputy assistant of the deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in 2001-2002.

In 2002-2007 he was appointed as the deputy chief administrator of the association deputies' factions represented by “Otechestvo – All Russia” and “United Russia” in the State Duma, as well as the head of the Secretariat of the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

In 2007 he became the Chief of the Secretariat of the Secretary of the Presidium of the General Council of the All-Russian political party “United Russia”.

In 2007-2010 he was head of the Secretariat of the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma. In 2010-2011 he was a legal adviser to the Chairman of the Federation of Independent Labor Unions of Russia.

On February 16, 2011 he was appointed as a member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation by the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

He is awarded with the Order of Merit for the Motherland of the II degree.

He is included in the list of executives of the President of the Russian Federation.

On February 10, 2016 he was reappointed as a member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation by the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
