R E S O L U T I O N

“On the forms to be sent to the editorial offices of state-owned print media outlets regarding data, subject to mandatory publication, from consolidated financial reports of political parties, who nominated registered candidates of the President of the Russian Federation, and the results of verification of the said reports, as well as the data regarding the receipt of funds to the election funds of candidates, and utilization of such funds in elections the President of the Russian Federation”
In accordance with Article 19, Clauses 6, 8 and 11 of Article 62 of Federal Law # 19-FZ “On the Election of the President of the Russian Federation” of January 10, 2003 the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation resolves as follows: 1. To approve the form of presentation of data from consolidated financial reports of political parties, who nominated registered candidates for the President of the Russian Federation, to be sent to the editorial offices of federal state-owned print media outlets and subject to mandatory publication, and data regarding the results of verification of such reports (Annex #1). 2. To approve the form of presentation of data regarding the receipt of funds to the election funds of candidates and utilization of such funds to be sent to the editorial offices of federal state-owned print media outlets and subject to mandatory publication (Annex #2). 3. To hold void Resolution #13/108-5 of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation of May 31, 2007 “On the form of presentation of data from consolidated financial reports of political parties who nominated registered candidates for the President of the Russian Federation and data regarding the results of verification of the said reports, subject to publication” and Resolution #13/109-5 of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation of May 31, 2007 “On the form of presentation of data regarding the receipt of funds to the election funds of candidates for the President of the Russian Federation and utilization of such funds”. 4. To publish this Resolution in the Bulletin of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
