R E S O L U T I O N

“On the forms to be sent to the editorial offices of the federal and regional print media outlets regarding data, subject to mandatory publication, from consolidated financial reports of political parties, which registered their federal lists of candidates, and results of verification of the said reports, as well as the data regarding the receipt of funds to the election funds of political parties and their regional branches, and utilization of such funds in elections of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation”
In accordance with Article 25, Clauses 8 and 10 of Article 68 of Federal Law #51-FZ “On Elections of Deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation” of May 18, 2005 the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation resolves as follows: 1. To approve the forms for presentation of data from consolidated financial reports of political parties, which registered their federal lists of candidates in elections of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, to be sent to the editorial offices of federal state-owned print media outlets and subject to mandatory publication, and regarding the results of verification of such reports (Annex #1). 2. To approve the form of presentation of data regarding the receipt of funds to the election funds of political parties and utilization of such funds to be sent to the editorial offices of federal state-owned print media outlets and subject to mandatory publication (Annex #2). 3. To approve the form of presentation of data regarding the receipt of funds to the election funds of regional branches of political parties and utilization of such funds to be sent to the editorial offices of regional state-owned print media outlets and subject to mandatory publication (Annex #3). 4. To hold void Extract # 4-2-5 from Minutes of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation of April 18, 2007 “On the forms of presentation of data regarding the receipt of funds to the special electoral accounts of political parties, regional branches of political parties and utilization of such funds, as well as the form of presentation of data from consolidated financial reports of political parties and the results of their verification to be sent to the editorial offices of federal state-owned print media outlets and the editorial offices of regional state-owned print media outlets.” 5. To publish this Resolution in the Bulletin of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
