“On the form of prescription for auditing the data provided by individuals and legal entities while making (transferring) voluntary donations to the election funds of candidates for the President of the Russian Federation and publication of the auditing results”
In accordance with Sub-Clause 2 of Article 19, Clause 9 of Article 62 of Federal Law # 19-FZ “On the Election of the President of the Russian Federation” of January 10, 2003 the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation resolves as follows: 1. To approve the form of prescription for auditing the data provided by individuals and legal entities while making (transferring) voluntary donations to the election funds of candidates for the President of the Russian Federation, and for making public the auditing results (Annexes ##1–4). 2. To hold void Resolution #13/107-5 of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation of May 3, 2007 “On the form of prescription for auditing the data provided by individuals and legal entities while making (transferring) donations to the election funds of the candidates for the President of the Russian Federation, and for making public the auditing results.” 3. To forward this Resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the Federal Tax Service, and the Federal Migration Service. 4. To publish this Resolution in the Bulletin of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
