On the data presentation forms for verification of data provided by individuals and legal entities while making (transferring) voluntary donations to election funds of political parties, regional branches of political parties, and publication of the verification results in elections of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation
In accordance with Clause 3 of Article 25, Clause 11 of Article 68 of Federal Law #51-FZ “On the Election of Deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation” of May 18, 2005 the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation resolves as follows: 1. To approve the form of prescription for auditing the data provided by individuals and legal entities while making (transferring) donations to the election funds of political parties, regional branches of political parties, and making public the auditing results in elections of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (Annexes ##1–4). 2. To hold void Resolution # 4/26-5 of Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation of April 18, 2007 “On the form of prescription for auditing the data provided by individuals and legal entities while making (transferring) donations to the election funds of political parties, regional branches of political parties, and publication of the verification results in elections of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.” 3. To forward this Resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the Federal Tax Service, and the Federal Migration Service. 4. To publish this Resolution in the Bulletin of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
