On the Instructions regulating the establishment and expenditure of the election funds of political parties and their regional branch in election of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation
Pursuant to Clause 13, Article 21 and Clause 12, Article 58 of the RF Federal Law “On Basic Guarantees of Electoral Rights and the Right of Citizens of the Russian Federation to Participate in a Referendum”, as well as Clause 3 and Clause 15, Article 25, and Clause 1, Article 68 of the RF Federal Law “On the Election of Deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation”, the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation resolves as follows: 1. To approve the Instructions regulating the establishment and expenditure of the election funds of political parties and their regional branch in election of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (enclosed herewith). 2. To annul Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation No.4/24-5 of April 18, 2007, “On the Instructions regulating the forms and procedures used by political parties and their regional branch to report revenues and expenditures of their election funds in election of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation”. 3. To publish this resolution in the “Bulletin of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation” and forward it to the “Rossiyskaya Gazeta” and “Parlamentskaya Gazeta” for publication.
