On the Procedure of Opening, Maintenance and Closure of Special Electoral Accounts for the Establishment of Election Funds of Candidates in Elections of the President of the Russian Federation
In accordance with Clause 13 of Article 21 and Clause 12 of Article 58 of the Federal Law “On the Basic Guarantees of Electoral Rights and the Right of the Citizens of the Russian Federation to Participate in a Referendum”, as well as in accordance with Sub-Clause 3 of Article 19, Clause 11 of Article 60 of the Federal Law “On Elections of the President of the Russian Federation” the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation resolves as follows: 1. To approve the Procedure of opening, maintenance, and closure of special electoral accounts for the establishment of election funds of candidates in elections of the President of the Russian Federation (attached). 2. To hold void Resolution # 6/52-5 of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation of May 3, 2007 “On the Procedure of Opening, Maintenance, and Closure of Special Electoral Accounts for the Establishment of Election Funds of Candidates in Elections of the President of the Russian Federation.” 3. To publish this Resolution in the Bulletin of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation and to forward it to ‘Rossiyskaya Gazeta’ and ‘Parlamentskaya Gazeta’.
