R E S O L U T I O N

On the Procedure of Opening, Maintenance and Closure of Special Electoral Accounts for the Establishment of Election Funds of the Political Parties and Their Regional Branches for Elections of Deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation
In accordance with Clause 13 of Article 21 and Clause 12 of Article 58 of the Federal Law “On the Basic Guarantees of Electoral Rights and the Right of the Citizens of the Russian Federation to Participate in a Referendum”, as well as in accordance with Clause 3 of Article 25 and Clause 11 of Article 65 of the Federal Law “On the Election of Deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation” the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation resolves as follows: 1. To approve the Procedure of opening, maintenance, and closure of special electoral accounts for the Establishment of election funds of political parties and their regional branches for elections of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (see the attached document). 2. To hold void Resolution # 4/25-5 of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation of April 18, 2007 “On the Procedure of Opening, Maintenance, and Closure of Special Electoral Accounts for the Establishment of Election funds of Political Parties and Their Regional Branches for Elections of Deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.” 3. To publish this Resolution in the Bulletin of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation and to forward it to ‘Rossiyskaya Gazeta’ and ‘Parlamentskaya Gazeta’.
