R E S O L U T I O N

“On the Recommendations for generation of Information about the receipt and utilization of funds of a political party, a regional branch of a political party, or any other registered structural division of a political party, as well as on the Recommendations for generation of The Consolidated Financial Report of political party”
In accordance with Clause 9 of Article 21 of the Federal Law “On the Basic Guarantees of Electoral Rights and the Right of the Citizens of the Russian Federation to Participate in a Referendum”, as well as Article 34 of the Federal Law “On Political Parties” the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation resolves as follows: 1. To approve the Recommendations for generation of Information about the receipt and utilization of funds of a political party, a regional branch of a political party, or any other registered structural division of a political party (Appendix #1) and the Recommendations for generation of the Consolidated Financial Report of political party (Appendix #2). 2. To hold void the excerpts from minutes #153-1-4 of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation “On the Recommendations for generation of the Consolidated Financial Report of political party and Information about the receipt and utilization of funds of a political party, a regional branch of a political party, or any other registered structural division of a political party” of September 28, 2005, and #17-7-5 “On the introduction of changes into Appendices #1 and 2 to the excerpt from minutes #153-1-4 of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation of September 28, 2005 “On the Recommendations for generation of the Consolidated Financial Report of political party and Information about the receipt and utilization of funds of a political party, a regional branch of a political party, or any other registered structural division of a political party” of June 21, 2007. 3. To forward this Resolution to the election commissions of the subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as to political parties to be used as guidance in their practical work. 4. To publish this Resolution in the Bulletin of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
