On the Procedure for organization, by the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, the election commissions of the subjects of the Russian Federation, of auditing the information about receipt and utilization of funds of political parties, their regional branches and other registered structural divisions, as well as consolidated financial reports of political parties
Pursuant to Clause 9, Clause 121, Article 21, and Clause 1, Article 74 of the RF Federal Law “On Basic Guarantees of Electoral Rights and the Right of Citizens of the Russian Federation to Participate in a Referendum”, Paragraph 3, Clause 2 and Clause 4, Article 6 of the RF Federal Law “On the State Automated System of the Russian Federation “Vybory”, as well as Article 35 and Clause 11, Article 38 of the RF Federal Law “On Political Parties”, the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation resolves as follows: 1. To approve the Procedure for organization, by the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, the election commissions of the subjects of the Russian Federation, of auditing the information about receipt and utilization of funds of political parties, their regional branches and other registered structural divisions, as well as consolidated financial reports of political parties (attached). 2. To annul the abstracts from minutes No.162-1-4 of the meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2005, “On the Procedure for organization, by the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, the election commissions of the subjects of the Russian Federation, of auditing the information about receipt and utilization of funds of political parties, their regional branches and other registered structural divisions, as well as consolidated financial reports of political parties” and Minutes No.17-8-5 of the meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation of June 21, 2007, “On Amending the Annex to the Abstract from Minutes No.162-1-4 of the Meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2005, “On the Procedure for organization, by the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, the election commissions of the subjects of the Russian Federation, of auditing the information about receipt and utilization of funds of political parties, their regional branches and other registered structural divisions, as well as consolidated financial reports of political parties”. 3. To forward this resolution to the election commissions of the subjects of the Russian Federation for practical application. 4. To publish this resolution in the “Bulletin of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation”.
