This is to announce on the establishment of the Information Centre “The Single Voting Day on March 13, 2011 in the Subjects of the Russian Federation” which will be operational on March 12-14, 2011 at the Central Election Commission of Russian Federation building on Bolshoy Cherkassky Pereulok, 9, Moscow.
The principal end for the establishment of the Information Centre by the CEC of Russia is to provide for a projection of the conduct of elections and publication of preliminary results of elections of members of the legislative and representative bodies in the Subjects of the Russian Federation, members of the representative bodies of the cities – administrative centers of the Subjects of the Russian Federation and other municipal level bodies in the course of elections conducted during The Single Voting Day.
The information will be available online provided through the State Automated System “Vybory” of the Russian Federation.
Accreditation:
Representatives of Mass Media apply for receiving application form to Sergey E. Zaslavsky, The Head of Department of Public Relations and Information of the CEC of Russia: the application form should be printed on a letterhead of the organization and signed by the Head of organization. The official stamp of a corresponding organization should certify the application. The application form should contain the certified list of the individuals in an alphabetical order and be submitted in a printed version and on an electronic device. Copy of passports (pages 1 and 5), copy of accreditation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation of correspondents of foreign Mass Media and two color photos by 3x4 size should be attached to the application form.
Application form should include the names, positions, contact telephone numbers of persons who are responsible for the accreditation on behalf of the Mass Media;
- Application form should be delivered to the CEC of Russia by a currier or by express-post (DHL, EMS, etc.). Besides an address an envelope should carry on an indication: “Department of Public Relations and Information of the CEC of Russia. For accreditation”;
- Attention! Only a full set of documents for accreditation is accepted;
- Application forms should be delivered till February 25th, 2011.
- Accreditation Cards will be issued starting February 25 till March 10, 2011.
